CFVA P.A. Workshop (aka Set Etiquette) Sponsored by CFVA and hosted by the Colorado Film School. Saturday, January 27, 10am-3pm. All current and recently graduated film school students are invited to attend. $20/per person, includes lunch. $15/per person for Colorado Film School students.

What: P.A. Workshop (aka Set-Etiquette Workshop)
CFVA’s goal is nurture and provide a strong foundation for the next generation of professionals. Being on a professional set can feel like a whole different world, with a language all its own. From who’s who to safety concerns and how to make sure you are where you need to be.
This interactive class will help you with all of the practical aspects of being a P.A. Some of the things we’ll cover:
· Set hierarchy and structure
· Different types of sets and how to maneuver
· Understanding your role on set
· P.A. Pre-production paperwork (Deal memos and day rates)
· Set-etiquette
· Terminology
· Essential tools all P.A.’s should have
